Grandeur of the Seas is no stranger to Bermuda. Sailing from Baltimore, Grandeur is a weekly visitor to the pink-sand island during the summer months. In this photo feature, we see Grandeur at her usual berth at King's Wharf in the Royal Naval Dockyard.
King's Wharf is a peninsular that forms the seaward boundary of the Royal Naval Dockyard's inner harbor. Thus, to get from the ship to the Dockyard shops, to the buses or to the ferry, you have to walk (or ride) along the neck of land that attaches King's Wharf to the rest of the Dockyard. Here, we see Grandeur from a viewing area near where King's Wharf attaches to the mainland (left) and from across the inner harbor (above).

Guests taking the ferry into Hamilton or St. George get a good view of the ship. The entrance to the inner harbor is just in front of Grandeur's berth. As a result, the ferry passes virtually under Grandeur's bow when leaving or arriving at the Dockyard.
