Following her official naming ceremony at Cape Liberty, New Jersey, Quantum of the Seas embarked on a season of Caribbean cruises that took her from the Port of New York/New Jersey deep into the Caribbean. In this feature, we see Quantum in some of the ports that she visited.

As one would expect for a Royal Caribbean ship sailing her inaugural Caribbean season, the itinerary included Royal Caribbean's private resort Labadee.

San Juan, Puerto Rico
Quantum makes an afternoon arrival in Old San Juan. She stays until late in the evening.

Also in port were Carnival Splendor (left) and Norwegian Gem (below left). A common factor shared by all three ships is that they all are or were once based in the Port of New York/New Jersey.
