San Juan

Westerdam next sailed into the most popular part of the Caribbean, arriving around noon in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The ship docked next to Carnival Conquest, facing Old San Juan where she stayed until late into the evening.

St. Thomas
|
It was only a short distance to St. Thomas USVI in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The ship had originally been scheduled to tender in this busy port but instead was given permission to dock at the Crown Bay cruise terminal. For the most of the day, there were tropical rain showers. However the good weather the ship had known in her first two ports of call caught up with her again in the late afternoon.
